PGA Tour Latin America Qualifying - Final Round

Round 4 - On Tim's final round of qualifying, he shot 1 over par, 73. He did not qualify for the PGA Tour Latin America placing T42 missing by 2 shots.  He finished even par for the week.

PGA Tour Latin America Qualifying - Day 3

On the third round of qualifying Tim finished 1 under par, 71 moving him up to T35 with an overall score of 1 under par.

Over 30 players will have to complete their remaining holes on round 3 due to delay from darkness.  They will finish round 3 before round 4 begins tomorrow morning.  Tim was one of the last groups to finish today with just enough sunlight.  He tees off on Friday at 11:35 am and will aim to go low to move up the leaderboard.

Membership for the PGA Latin America tour is given to the top 30 players plus ties.  Within the top 30 players, the top finisher will receive full status.  The next top 10 will receive status for the first half of the season and are subject to reshuffle.  The remaining 19 will receive conditional status and will be eligible for reshuffle.

PGA Tour Latin America Qualifying - Day 2

The weather warmed up to a nice 75 degrees for the second round of qualifying.  Tim finished 1 over par, placing him T41 with an overall score of even par.

The pace of play in qualifying for both round 1 and round 2 have been slow, causing some groups to finish their last few holes the following day.  Since golfers have to finish their second round tomorrow, Tim will not know his tee time until they finish. 

The PGA is posting score updates every three holes on the leaderboard incase anyone wants to follow along throughout the day.  Leaderboard Link. 

PGA Tour Latin America Qualifying - Day 1

This week Tim is out in Seabring, FL for the PGA Tour Latin America Qualifying at Sun N' Lake Golf Club.  On Tuesday, Tim started his first round of the week with a morning tee time.  He finished at 1 under par, 71.  He is currently at T24 with the playing field of 117 golfers.  He tees off on Wednesday at 11:50 am Eastern Time.

The weather was a little chilly on Sunday's practice round...windy with a high of 45 degrees! 

Dreamchaser's Tour - Moon Valley Country Club

This week Tim played in the Dreamchaser's Tour event at Moon Valley Country Club in Phoenix, AZ.  The playing field consisted of 46 players for the 3 day event.  Tim played well  shooting scores of 72-64-72.  He finished in 11th place for the week. 


His next event will be on January 10th-13th for PGA Latin America Tour Qualifying in Seabring, Florida.

Dreamchaser's Tour - Longbow Golf Club

This week Tim played in a Dreamchaser's Tour event at Longbow Golf Club in Mesa, AZ.  The playing field consisted of 26 players.  Tim played well, finishing in 5th with a score of -6 for the week. 

This event started on Sunday so I was able to go along to watch and take some photos.  As you can see, the Arizona winter weather is here and that requires a few more layers in the early morning hours.

Tim's next event will be December 14-16 at Moon Valley Golf Club.

 

 

 

 

Dreamchaser's Tour - Ocotillo Golf Club

This week Tim played a Dreamchaser's Tour event at Ocotillo Golf Club in Ocotillo, AZ.  The playing field consisted of 21 golfers for the 3-day event.  He finished with final score of -2, T8.

Tim's next events will be the week of November 27th in the local Phoenix area.
