Dreamchaser's Tour - Longbow Golf Club

This week Tim played in a Dreamchaser's Tour event at Longbow Golf Club in Mesa, AZ.  The playing field consisted of 26 players.  Tim played well, finishing in 5th with a score of -6 for the week. 

This event started on Sunday so I was able to go along to watch and take some photos.  As you can see, the Arizona winter weather is here and that requires a few more layers in the early morning hours.

Tim's next event will be December 14-16 at Moon Valley Golf Club.

 

 

 

 

Dreamchaser's Tour - Ocotillo Golf Club

This week Tim played a Dreamchaser's Tour event at Ocotillo Golf Club in Ocotillo, AZ.  The playing field consisted of 21 golfers for the 3-day event.  He finished with final score of -2, T8.

Tim's next events will be the week of November 27th in the local Phoenix area.

First Stage Web.com Tour Qualifying 2016 - Final Round

Tim finished the four day First Stage qualifying event with a final score of +2.  Unfortunately he did not qualify for Second Stage Web.com Tour qualifying.  Tim would like to thank Mark Baker for carrying his bag this week.

First Stage Web.com Tour Qualifying 2016 - Day 1

Tuesday was the first round of First Stage Web.com Tour Qualifying at Southern Dunes Country Club in Maricopa, AZ.  Tim played well finishing day 1 at -5.  This is a four day event.  Follow here to see his results throughout the week.  Results

Dreamchaser's Tour - Legacy Golf Club

This week Tim played a Dreamchaser's Tour event at Legacy Golf Club in Phoenix, AZ.  The playing field consisted of 20 golfers for the 3-day event.  He finished with an overall score of -11, finishing second.

Dreamchaser's Tour - Southern Dunes

This week Tim played in a Dreamchaser's Tour 3-day event at Southern Dunes Country Club in Maricopa, AZ   The playing field consisted of 28 golfers.  Tim's score was +3  overall. 

Next week Tim will be playing in another DreamChaser's Tour event at Legacy Golf Club.  He will continue to prepare for Web.Com Tour Qualifying 1st stage.  He received his first choice for 1st stage, Southern Dunes, which will take place October 4th-7th.  

2016 High Country Charity Golf Outing

On Saturday August 20th we participated in the 6th Annual High Country Charity Golf Outing benefiting the Military Order of the Purple Hearts - Flagstaff, AZ Chapter.   

The event was held at Pinewood Country Club in Munds Park, AZ.  A summer storm rolled in just before the start of the tournament.  The rain and lightning hung around long enough to cancel the golf.   Despite the rainy weather, they still raised over $70,000 for the Military Order of the Purple Hearts - Flagstaff, AZ Chapter! We were so glad to be part of this great event to help support the local veterans in Flagstaff.

The weather did clear up to allow just enough time to play nine holes for those dedicated golfers who held out through the rain. Yes, that included Tim and I, along with our good friends Dan and Cindy Smith.  It was a great round of golf while we enjoyed the cooler weather.
